Business Automation

Take the repetitive work off your team and give it to software that does not forget.

The problem

Your team spends its day retyping, forwarding and chasing — work that produces nothing new but cannot be skipped.

The cost you are already paying

Nobody puts manual work on the balance sheet, so it feels free. It is not. It is a salary spent on copying, a customer lost to a slow reply, and a mistake that only shows up at month end.

The clearest sign is a person who cannot take leave without something breaking. That person is holding a process that should be a system.

What we automate first

  • Booking and scheduling, where double bookings and no-shows cost the most
  • Incoming messages, so nothing sits unanswered in someone's personal phone
  • Data moving between two tools that a person currently carries by hand
  • Reminders and follow-ups that depend on somebody remembering

Where to start reading

What we will not do

We will not automate a broken process. If the steps themselves are wrong, automation just makes the wrong thing happen faster. We fix the process on paper first, then build.

Questions we get asked

Will we need to lay people off?

Nobody we have worked with has. What changes is what those people spend the day on — usually moving from data entry to work that needs judgement. If headcount reduction is your goal, say so early so we scope honestly.

How small can the first project be?

One process, two to four weeks. We prefer starting there: you find out how we work on something low risk, and you see the result before committing to anything larger.
