This policy explains what we collect when you use systemcraft.id or contact us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number, company, and whatever you write in your message
• Messages you send us over WhatsApp, email, or the assistant on this site
• Basic usage data: pages visited, approximate location by country, device and browser type

We do not ask for payment card details on this site, and we do not collect sensitive personal data. If a project requires access to data belonging to your customers, that is covered by a separate written agreement, not this policy.

Why we collect it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal
• To keep a record of what we agreed with you
• To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve them
• To meet our legal and tax obligations

Who else sees it

We use third-party services to run this site and communicate with you, including hosting, analytics, email and messaging providers. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for two years, then deleted. Project records are kept for as long as our contract requires, plus the retention period required by Indonesian tax law.

What you can ask us to do

• Send you a copy of what we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it
• Stop contacting you

Email hello@systemcraft.id and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate to the relevant Indonesian data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will update the effective date above and, where the change is significant, tell you directly.
