Will our data be used to train someone else's model?

Not in anything we build. We use providers whose terms exclude training on API data, and we tell you exactly which provider handles which data before you approve the design.

What if AI turns out to be the wrong answer?

Then we say so and propose the boring alternative, which is often a rule, a form, or a better database query. We would rather lose the bigger project than sell you something that sits unused.
