Questions we get asked

What if the other system has no API?

There is usually still a path: a scheduled file exchange, a database view, or a controlled import. It is less elegant and we will tell you the limits honestly, but it still beats a person retyping data.

Who fixes it when the third party changes their API?

That depends on the arrangement we agree. We can hand over with documentation and tests so your team handles it, or keep a maintenance agreement. We say which we recommend based on your team, not our revenue.
