Healthcare & Clinics

Systems for clinics where the front desk is the bottleneck and the schedule is a WhatsApp thread.

What usually goes wrong

  • Appointments booked over WhatsApp, with no single source of truth for the schedule
  • Double bookings discovered when both patients are already in the waiting room
  • No-shows nobody followed up because reminders are sent by hand
  • Patient history in paper files or a spreadsheet only one staff member understands
  • Doctors' availability changing weekly with no way to reflect it except retyping

The front desk is doing software's job

In most clinics we look at, one or two people are holding the entire operation together with a phone and a notebook. They know which doctor is in on Thursday, which patient needs a follow-up call, and which slot is actually free. That knowledge is not written down anywhere.

It works until they take leave, the clinic adds a second location, or the volume doubles. Then the cracks all show up in the same week.

What we build for clinics

  • Appointment systems where the schedule lives in one place, and double bookings are impossible by design
  • Automatic reminders over WhatsApp, so no-shows drop without anyone sending messages by hand
  • Patient records with proper access control, so staff see what they need and nothing more
  • Doctor availability that a receptionist can update, without calling a developer

What we are careful about

Patient data carries obligations. We keep records in systems you control, restrict access by role, and log who opened what. We will also tell you plainly when a feature you are asking for creates a risk that is not worth the convenience.

We have not published a clinic case study yet. What we can show you is how we handled load and reliability for other systems, and we would rather point you at those than dress up work we have not done.

Questions we get asked

Can it work alongside the system our clinic already uses?

Usually yes. If your current system has an API or an export, we connect to it rather than replacing it. Replacing a working medical record system is rarely worth the disruption.

How long before the front desk actually feels the difference?

The scheduling and reminder part is where relief comes fastest, usually within the first month of use. Records and reporting take longer because they depend on getting existing data in cleanly.
